Delivery
Every order is sent fully insured by a tracked courier, with a signature on delivery. We deliver to addresses in the United States only, and we pay the import duty, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery. Delivery is free on orders of $100 or more, counted before any discount code or Rewards points, and costs $10 below that. Your bag shows the delivery charge before you check out. Loose stones typically leave us within one business day of our receiving them from the cutting house; made-to-order jewelry takes 2 to 3 weeks.
